To promote the Spanish fashion brand, The Brubaker, we brought together two iconic noses, two basic shirts and two well-known personalities to swap professions: Andrés Velencoso and Jordi Roca. Trescom brought together the Spanish model and the chef to highlight the theme ‘Change your patterns’. An experiment in which both challenged the audience to shun conformity and conventional patterns in fashion and all facets of life. Proof that a fashion brand can be promoted in ways other than photographing models wearing the collection.
Results
Our aim with this ‘Duel of Noses’ was to reinvent the basics with a swap over of professions that required stepping outside the comfort zone. Roca didn’t manage to conquer the camera and Velencoso still couldn’t master cooking times, but both broke their moulds and took on new challenges. As well as receiving extensive media coverage, the fashion film “The Brubaker” went viral on the brand’s social media channels, with over 200,000 views.
