A video game console with a cardboard toy? Mix Nintendo Switch leading-edge technology with some cardboard toys? We haven’t gone too crazy. This is Nintendo Labo!
Prior to the launch, Nintendo wanted to present its latest console to influencers, generalist, female-oriented and lifestyle media, and parents, children and DIY media. We organized two-hour slots for a month at the Nintendo showroom, where anyone and everyone could experience and become acquainted with the Japanese brand’s latest creation.
Over 200 people from 80 media outlets and numerous influencers from all over Spain came to experience the Nintendo Labo. Just by coming along to witness it in action, they could see that it made perfect sense. This resulted in over 130 media and social media impacts.
