For the third year running, Trescom acted as digital, communications and social media partner for Los Imperdibles, Fundación Cotec’s flagship event. At La Nave urban innovation centre, #Imperdible_04 hosted over 20 activities designed to demonstrate the important role played by innovation in achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals for 2030’s Agenda.
The strategy focused on generating content for the different channels: website, social media and generalist media. In addition, a media, direct marketing and influencers plan was drawn up to reinforce coverage of the event.
King Phillip VI of Spain inaugurated the event accompanied by 1,000 children of between 10 and 16 years from across 11 educational centres in the Madrid region.
Facebook, Twitter and Instagram were key to all the coverage obtained, both before and during the event. Proprietary profiles were created for this flagship event, @ImperdibleCotec, which achieved over a million impressions and produced thousands of engagements. In addition, 500 generalist media hits were achieved, and the presence of the Fundación Cotec was reinforced in sectoral magazines and specialized media.
