Endeavor is a global non-profit organization created in 1997 with operations in 33 countries, which selects and supports high-impact entrepreneurs to catalyze their long-term growth. In 2014, at the height of the financial crisis, they decided to enter the Spanish market, with the strong belief that entrepreneurs thrive most in difficult situations. Five years later, they chose Trescom to present their Impact Report, which outlines the effect their work has had on Spanish society. Endeavor has recruited 41 high-impact entrepreneurs who have generated 450,000 jobs and raised 425 million euros.

To mark this anniversary, Madrid hosted one of the International Selection Panels where 12 new projects from around the world were chosen as the new generation of high-impact entrepreneurs for Endeavor, including two from Spain.
