Action
We organized Digital Future Society’s formal presentation, an initiative created by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Business and Mobile World Capital Barcelona. More specifically, we conceptualized the design and the branding of the venue according to the brand’s identity, we managed guests, coordinated different tasks with suppliers, managed speakers, took photos and created a video-summary of the event.
Results
The Congress counted on the attendance of 200 national and international professionals from leading public and private companies and institutions; nearly double the number of participants expected at the beginning (100-150).
